Instructions for Using the BucketBudget Template

🔧 Initial Setup

1. Add Financial Sources
   • In the Source sheet, list all your banks, payment apps, and cards.
2. Set Up Income Types
   • In the same sheet, define your income categories (e.g., salary, freelance, investments).
3. Create Spending Categories & Budgets
   • In the Category sheet, add the categories you need.
   • Enter your annual budget for each category in the right column.
   • Make sure the total matches your target annual budget.
4. Handle Special Categories (Him / Her / Travels)
   • Go to the dedicated subcategory sheets for Him, Her, and Travels.
   • Add the subcategories you want (e.g., clothing, hobbies, specific trips).
   • Assign budgets to each subcategory.
   • Ensure the sum equals the parent category budget you set earlier.

💳 Adding Expenses & Incomes

1. Record Monthly Transactions
   • Use the Monthly sheet of the relevant month.
   • Add both expenses and incomes there.

📊 Tracking & Analysis

1. Review Savings Overview
   • Open the Saving sheet.
   • It provides a visual summary of your year, month by month, showing how your income, expenses, and savings are evolving.
